FAQ

Hatching eggs are collected fresh and shipped as soon as possible, however, since we are dealing with live animals orders will be fulfilled within the order they are received and we will contact you once your order is ready to ship.  Chicks will be shipped once I have enough to complete your order.  Hatching times vary for chicks.  Shipping also depends on the time of year.  Pre-orders will ship once the eggs or chicks are available and in the order that the orders are received, pre-orders typically open approximately around January.  Pre-Orders for hatching eggs will ship as soon as they are available.  Chick pre-orders will ship once the amount of chicks you have ordered is available and the weather permits it (typically I start shipping chicks around February), you will be notified the week before shipping.
